Fort Lauderdale is a city on Florida's southeastern coast, known for its beaches and boating canals. It has upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques, and luxury hotels lined up along an oceanside highway. Our client purchased an old Thai restaurant and decided to renovate it into a Mediterranean restaurant/ lounge with a beach theme. 

 

To create the coastal-style interior space and communicate a cozy, relaxed feel, we primarily used lighter and warm tones in green, beige, and white layers. We decorated the space with casual furnishings, woven ropes, pendant shades, shiplap white reclaimed wood planks, and white plasters to create a beach house feel. We also accessorized wall surfaces with surfing boards, posters in different colors and textures to create a welcoming, vibrant vacation mood.
