This spa complex, originally built in the 1980s, is located in a small Korean town near Las Vegas.

The client decided to renovate the dated interior to a modern, inviting space to attract more customers and tourists. She also changed the spa's name from Empire to Onsoo, which means warm water in Korean.

Our design inspiration is Onsoo. Like the meaning of Onsoo, we designed an interior space that is warm, organic, earthy, and elegant. We finished the interior with earthy-tone colors and organic materials and concealed the light source while providing a soft, natural ambient glow. We also introduced simple, clean, curved lines and geometries into the space to enhance the softness and elegance of this new spa interior space.
